Best Gin For A Hand Grenade

For the gin, a dry variety like Beefeater works best in a Hand Grenade, as it brings forward the fruity flavors without overpowering them. Its balanced profile offers a fresh and crisp taste, perfect for this tropical drink.

Best Grain Alcohol For A Hand Grenade:

Everclear, due to its high alcohol content, suits the Hand Grenade perfectly. It's neutral in taste, allowing other flavors to shine through, but use with caution due to its strength!

Best Melon Liqueur For A Hand Grenade:

Midori is the go-to choice for melon liqueur. Its bright color and sweet melon flavor make it a fun and flavorful addition to the Hand Grenade.

First poured in the 1980s in New Orleans, the Hand Grenade quickly gained popularity as a Mardi Gras staple, associated with the revelry of Bourbon Street. While the original recipe remains a secret, it hasn't stopped the replication and enjoyment of the cocktail worldwide.
